While it's true that we do have a full-time Director of Youth Ministries, it is also true that the real work is done in the lives of young people by parents and adult volunteers. CrossRoad Church has been blessed over and over again with adults who believe in the power of God's love to impact the hearts and minds of the next generation. Each and every week, there are SO many parents and adults praying for our students that we KNOW and TRUST that God is already at work in their lives. Our adult leaders are asked to keep the important conversations going. We all learn and grow when we're honest about what's happening in our lives as we try to understand it through God's word and Jesus' teaching. Young people gain wisdom, insight, and patience through the scripture and examples of adults who REALLY care about them.
